Chalfont

Chalfont is a borough in Bucks County located between the north and main branches of the Neshaminy Creek. The community has a rich history that enhances the distinct character of the town.

Named after Chalfont St Giles in Buckinghamshire, England, the Borough is home to about 4,000 people and boasts many businesses. The Historic District is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and contains many American colonial and Victorian-style houses.
